We are a producer of screws, especially for the wood, metal and plastic processing sector. All products manufactured by us are subject to our high quality standards. The collection, processing or use of personal data is for the fulfilment of this corporate purpose or supporting secondary purposes, such as customer advice. The company collects, processes and uses personal data exclusively for the preparation and fulfilment of contracts, for legitimate reasons, to comply with legal obligations or with the consent of the data subject.

• Visual material (by means of video monitoring at certain buildings, such as visitor entrances, access roads, parking lots <video monitoring is signposted>, production of films, images and sound recordings for certain occasions)

The legal basis for the processing of such personal data is article 6 (1) (a), (b) and (f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your personal data will be collected from you either directly at the reception at the time of entering and leaving SWG Production’s premises or in advance through your registration or your SWG contact person. If you as a contact person provide SWG Production with personal data from third parties on their behalf, you must have the consent of the persons concerned.

Transfer of personal data

Within SWG Schraubenwerk Gaisbach GmbH – Business Unit Production only those departments and employees have access to your personal data who need it to fulfill the before mentioned purposes.
